I have long wanted that in the Udemy courses there were some means to give small practical tasks to students and then monitor their implementation. And at last such means have appeared! Udemy introduced Assignments! Now we will test this great feature. Moreover, actually we already have wonderful first assignment. In the tenth lecture of our course which is called «Your practice project» I gave you a whole collection of funny cartoon animals and offered to teach them to dance. This exactly will be our first assignment! Find in the internet beautiful background picture and make a merry concert with happily dancing animals.
It is our first animation quest. Upload your cartoon to Facebook or Youtube and send us a link to the video so that other students also can see your work and leave a comment. And then we will assemble of your numbers a big concert program.

As you know, I decided to publish my lessons on Udemy. And it seemed like it was a good idea - the number of my students is constantly increasing. There are already more than 3000 of them! I hope soon we will have a large, friendly international team, with which it will be possible to implement quite serious animation projects.
Now I'm thinking of adding a couple more lectures on creating your own characters (maybe 3D), and then we'll seriously engage in animation. I want to make a series of satirical cartoons on the topic of Trump (Trump against green energy, Trump and global warming, something like this). I think it should be interesting.
Less than a week since General-Animation came to Udemy, but our course already has more than 1000 students! This is a good achievement, which allows to hope for our further successful and fruitful cooperation. I think this day can be considered the birthday of General-Animation community on Udemy. So let me congratulate us all on this remarkable date and wish you continued success in your studies and business.
Sincerely yours: General-Animation
